ရှိ/ Shield အမျိုးသမီးအဖွဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း ကြေညာချက်

၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့တွင် ရှိ/ Shield အမျိုးသမီးအဖွဲ့ ကို တရားဝင် ဖွဲ့ စည်းကြောင်း ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။ ဤအဖွဲ့ သည် အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ အခွင့်အရေးများကို ကာကွယ်ပေးရန်၊ လူမှုရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုများတွင် အမျိုးသမီးများ ပါဝင်နိုင်ရန်နှင့် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးပေးရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် ဖွဲ့ စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ရှိ/Shield အမျိုးသမီးအဖွဲ့ သည် အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ ဘဝအရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားရေး၊ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံရေးနှင့် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတွင် ပိုမိုတက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်လာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ ဤကြေညာချက်သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ စတင်ခြင်းနှင့် ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို ပြည်သူများအား အသိပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် အရေးပေါ်တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် နှစ်သိမ့်အကြံပေးဆွေးနွေးပေးခြင်း၊ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြု အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများအား မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာ ပံ့ပိုးမှုနှင့် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းဖြင့် လွတ်မြောက်လာသူများအား စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ပေးရန် နှင့် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြု အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ တချိန်တည်းမှာပင် အမျိုးသမီးများ၊ မိန်းကလေးငယ်များနှင့် အမျိုးသမီးကဲ့သို့ ပြောင်းလဲဝတ်ဆင်နေထိုင်သူများအားလုံးအတွက် လုံခြုံပြီး ထောက်ခံပံ့ပိုးသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကောင်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်စေရန် မူဝါဒရေးရာနှင့် လက်တွေ့အလေ့အထများပြောင်းလဲရန် စည်းရုံးလှုံ့ဆော်မှုများကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ရှိ/ Shield အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများကို တိုက်ဖျက်ခြင်း၊ တန်းတူညီမျှမှုကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ ကျားမရေးရာမတူကွဲပြားသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံများအပေါ် လက်ခံသိမြင်မှုအား မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့်အတူ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်စွာ ရပ်တည်ခြင်း၊ စာနာမှုနှင့် မေတ္တာတရားဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ တရားမျှတမှုပုံစံအားလုံးအတွက် အတူတကွရပ်တည်ခြင်း စသည့် စံတန်ဖိုးတို့ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ကတိကဝတ်ပြုထားသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁။ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှုကို တွေ့ကြုံခံစားနေရပြီး အရေးပေါ်အကူညီလိုအပ်နေသည့် အမျိုးသမီးများ၊ မိန်းကလေးများနှင့် အမျိုးသမီးကဲ့သို့ ပြောင်းလဲဝတ်ဆင်နေထိုင်သောသူများအတွက် လုံခြုံပြီး လက်လှမ်းမှီသော နေရာတစ်ခုကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးနိုင်သည့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲသော အရေးပေါ်တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ယန္တရားတစ်ခု တည်ထောင်ရန်။

၂။ သက်သေခိုင်မာသော လေ့လာဆန်းစစ်သုံးသပ်ချက်များနှင့် စည်းရုံးလှုံ့ဆော်မှုများ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာစေမည့် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှုဖြစ်ရပ်များအား စာရင်းကောက်ယူစုဆောင်းရန်။ [ကျူးလွန်ခံရသူများမှ သဘောမတူလျှင် အမည်နှင့် မည်သူမည်ဝါဖြစ်ကြောင်း ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်နိုင်မည့် အချက်အလက်များကို အများပြည်သူသို့ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ချပြခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ကောက်ယူသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။]

၃။ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြုအကြမ်းဖက်မှု ကျူးလွန်ခံရသူများ ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်လာစေရေးနှင့် ၄င်းတို့၏ ဘဝအား ၄င်းတို့ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြန်လည်ထိန်းချုပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်စေရေးအတွက် ထောက်ပံ့ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ကျူးလွန်ခံရသူများအား စွမ်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရန်။

၄။ တရားမျှတမှုအား လက်လှမ်းမှီစေရေးကို အာမခံကာ၊ ကျုးလွန်သူများကို တာဝန်ခံစေပြီး၊ နောက်ထပ် အကြမ်းဖက်မခံရအောင် ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်မည့် ဥပဒေအထောက်အပံ့များ ပေးအပ်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်။

၅။ ကျားမအခြေပြု မညီမျှမှုနှင့် ကျူးလွန်သူများ ပြစ်ဒဏ်ခံရခြင်းမှ လွတ်မြောက်နေသည့် သံသရာကို အဆုံးသတ်ရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ကျားမအခြေပြု အကြမ်းဖက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေမူဘောင်များကို ဘက်စုံပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရာတွင် အထောက်အကူပြုစေရန်။

ရှိ/Shield အဖွဲ့သည် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်း၏ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် ကတိကဝတ်ပြုထားပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းများကို အားပေးကူညီကြပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။

Formation Announcement of Shield Women’s Organization

On February 26, 2025, we officially announce the establishment of the Shield Women’s Organization. This organization is established with the aim of protecting women’s rights, promoting women’s participation in social and economic development, and creating a safe environment. Shield Women’s Organization aims to enhance women’s quality of life, safety, and active participation within communities. This declaration serves as public notification of our inception and goals.

Vision of Shield

Shield envisions a future where all women, girls, and those identifying as women fully exercise their human rights, experience freedom and empowerment, and live free from gender-based discrimination and violence, irrespective of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, religion, or other intersecting characteristics.

Mission of Shield

Shield is committed to empowering survivors by providing emergency response services, psychological counseling, documenting gender-based and sexual violence, offering legal support and rehabilitation services, and addressing gender-based and sexual violence comprehensively. Concurrently, Shield advocates for policy and practical reforms to create a safe and supportive environment for all women, girls, and individuals who identify as women.

Values of Shield

Shield operates under values dedicated to the promotion of human rights, elimination of discrimination, advancement of equality, acknowledgment of diverse gender experiences, community solidarity, compassion, and standing together for justice in all its forms.

Objectives of Shield

To establish a sustainable and accessible emergency response mechanism to provide a safe haven for women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals experiencing gender-based and sexual violence and requiring immediate assistance.
To systematically collect data on incidents of sexual and gender-based violence to strengthen advocacy efforts through robust research and analysis. [Information identifying survivors will never be disclosed publicly without their consent.]
To empower survivors by supporting their rehabilitation and enabling them to regain control and management over their own lives.
To ensure accessible justice, hold perpetrators accountable, and provide legal support to protect survivors from further violence.
To assist in the comprehensive reform of Myanmar’s legal framework concerning sexual and gender-based violence, aiming to end cycles of impunity and gender inequality.
